Welcome! I began accounting in high school for a local manufacturing company. While attending college, I worked for a national transportation brokerage and turned an onerous weekly billing process into a daily invoicing system. At Lender Support Systems, Inc., I performed data entry and form design for loan documents, which was my introduction to mortgage banking before becoming a financial reporting accountant for National Home Mortgage Corp. and Home Capital Corp., divisions of the former HomeFed Bank. After that, Radnor West Homes, a southern California real estate developer of commercial, retail, and residential properties, employed me as the accounts payable manager and corporate and project accountant. Later, after eight years as the corporate accountant for Brehm Communities, I joined Heritage Pacific Development and added human resources to my skills and experience as its controller/HR manager. Most recently, I relocated to Orange County, California, after becoming an assistant controller at Baldwin & Sons, a multifaceted real estate developer.
A native of northern California, I pursued a B.S. in Business Administration, Information Systems, at San Diego State University. I was a California notary public from 1996 to 2016 and have served on several homeowners association boards of directors, including as president of the 256-unit HOA where I resided.
